bloch has some great new models out with mesh in the arch but im old school with canvas grishko model 1.s be sure to so your ribbons or elastics nearer to the heel- it will show of your foot/arch more.

i know they are a chinese american company based in new york city on 72nd street and on the internet!! you can design your own leo from the fabric up! plus the prices are cheap! (i could never afford yumi or degas)

I have hurt myself (dislocated my knee) and can’t dance. I have been seriously dancing, like you,and was wondering how I could possibly get back to where I was after 7 weeks of no dancing


little by little. dont try to push yourself because your body is recovering. its frustrating i know but your future in shape self will thank you for it! i recommend pilates, yoga, and gymnastics stretching in the meantime. keep those stomach and back muscles strong because they are the first to go and they keep your base of technique intact
